Using the service
BaZi Calculator is a free educational tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial chart calculations and read the published guides. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated traffic in a way that degrades access for others.
Educational purpose
The chart and guides present traditional Chinese calendrical and metaphysical concepts for cultural learning and personal reflection. They do not constitute medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and they should not be treated as factual predictions or guarantees.
Calculation limitations
A chart depends on the information and settings supplied, including birth time, birthplace, timezone, true solar time, and day-boundary convention. Different schools may use different conventions. We aim to explain our assumptions, but we do not guarantee that every practitioner will produce or interpret the same result.
No account or payment
The current version does not require an account and does not sell chart calculations. If paid or account-based features are introduced later, additional terms will be provided before those features are used.
Intellectual property
The site's original design, writing, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Traditional terms, calendar concepts, and your own chart data remain outside any claim to our original site materials. You may link to public pages, but may not reproduce the site as a competing service without permission.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may correct, update, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made from a chart, loss caused by inaccurate input, service interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
